A cycling program for the endurance athlete who appreciates accountability and measured progressive improvement. PWR is programmed using objective, and metric-driven training to elevate your performance both in and outside of the cycle studio. Participants will establish and use their functional threshold power (FTP) to track their progress. Whether you are training to improve your PR for your next race or looking to unlock your personal potential, it’s time to find your PWR.

In this indoor cycle class, our instructors will guide you through an engaging all-levels cardiovascular ride. You have the freedom to decide the intensity of your workout. No cycling experience is required.

Where metrics and rhythm meet for a one-of-a-kind cycling experience that challenges your inner athlete. EDG is a high intensity, results and music-driven workout designed to improve your strength, speed, and stamina through objective-based challenges. You will use your bike’s console to measure your success for each challenge. Get ready to ride, challenge yourself and achieve results you never thought possible. To fit the dance-club vibe, we’ll darken the room and may use strobes and flashing lights; consult your doctor if you have a photosensitivity disorder or are prone to seizures.
