Spa FAQs

LifeSpa is conveniently located right inside our athletic country clubs to best serve our members. Non-members are also welcome, and can book now, or call the nearest LifeSpa to schedule their visit.

Members and non-members are welcome to LifeSpa and can utilize the Life Time app to book appointments.  If using a desktop computer, call or book online.  Our team members are always ready to assist with any questions so don’t hesitate to reach out or stop by when in the club.

It’s always best to show up well-hydrated. If you will be receiving a massage and/or skin treatment, please arrive with clean skin and eat lightly up to an hour beforehand. Relax and breathe, taking a few minutes to check in with yourself so that you’re ready to communicate your needs with your practitioner.

Wear comfortable clothes that feel good. For certain services, a robe and slippers will be provided. Keep in mind that oils or products could transfer to clothing during or after your treatment.

Please arrive and check in at the LifeSpa reception desk 15 minutes ahead of your appointment time to complete any paperwork, enjoy complimentary tea and water, relax and get settled.

To enter the club, members can scan their membership card/app and non-members will need to sign in with a front desk team member. From there, proceed to the LifeSpa reception desk.

You may cancel or update your services up to 24 hours in advance. With less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you miss a service without any notification, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
