During adult open swim, lap swimming, water walking, water exercise and social swimming are all permitted. Lane lines will be up in lap pools and leisure pools, where applicable. Adult open swim is for members ages 12+. An adult must accompany children between the ages of 12 – 15 years when lifeguards are not on duty, unless noted below: • In Pennsylvania, an adult must accompany children under the age of 16. • In New Jersey, children between the ages of 12–15 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty. • In Minnesota, children between the ages of 12 – 17 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty.

As you synchronize your breath to your movements of yoga poses, your teacher will provide physical cues, guidance and variations. These movements help untie the knots of the body, especially in the bigger muscles of the thighs, glutes and back; that can block the flow of energy. SOL is a perfect blend of Vinyasa and standing postures.

Engaging and dramatic play activities will be provided for children to have the opportunity for parallel play, group socialization and a chance to develop independence. You will find our team members engaging with your little one through many of our different interest areas, including but not limited to puppet play, market and kitchen exploration, train tables, cars, doll houses and so much more. Your kiddo is guaranteed to have a good time. Children must have graduated from the infant room to participate. Classes and Activities are subject to change. Registration is encouraged but not required.

Pace; Stillness. A slow, meditative, yin-yoga practice to create greater mobility in your joints while you mindfully stress your body's connective tissues and challenge the calmness of your mind. You will be guided through a sequence of yin poses as you concentrate on your breath.

It’s all about building muscle and feeling strong. In this class, we skip the cardio and fancy footwork to focus on strength training. Exercises may use a variety of resistance equipment that will target every major muscle group to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout. Together we’ll lift, laugh and leave feeling stronger and more confident.

Designed for the dedicated swimmer who has completed Bronze (or has completed a tryout with one of our skilled coaches) and is looking to continue to refine their stroke and technique. USA Swim Meet participation is expected at this level. 1:20 coach-to-swimmer ratio. Practice expectation: 4x/week.

Equipped with state of the art toys that are designed to enhance growing minds through building structures, blocks, and shapes. Children must have graduated from the infant room to participate. Take what you’ve learned and elevate your skills to work to transform your body to move better, perform better, and achieve more. Highly educated instructors curate specific, progressive programming for a small, similarly skilled group (3–6 participants) using a variety of Pilates apparatus.

Target and strengthen your lower body with various pieces of equipment and training techniques. A certified Personal Trainer will teach you the basics, then take you through a 60-minute lower body workout. Reserve your spot and meet at the training desk 10 minutes before the workshop.

Does your child enjoy challenging their brain? Giving your child's mind a workout is just as important as exercise. Get ready for a variety of teasers that will make your child think outside of the box. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your child’s class start time to avoid spot being forfeited.

During adult open swim, lap swimming, water walking, water exercise and social swimming are all permitted. Lane lines will be up in lap pools and leisure pools, where applicable. Adult open swim is for members ages 12+. An adult must accompany children between the ages of 12 – 15 years when lifeguards are not on duty, unless noted below: • In Pennsylvania, an adult must accompany children under the age of 16. • In New Jersey, children between the ages of 12–15 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty. • In Minnesota, children between the ages of 12 – 17 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty.

Traditional League (Instructional): This league consists of a fixed group of participants who compete against a scheduled set of opponents each week. Doubles teams typically play together with the same partner for every match. The overall duration of the league depends on the number of participants.  What to Expect:  Pro-led, instruction provided, match play, and critique of matches.
