Reservations can be modified or canceled 2 hours before the reservation. Please contact the Kids Academy if adjustments need to be made after the registration window closes. In consideration of members on waitlists, 3 missed reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily suspend your ability to make a new infant reservation for 7 days. If providing a bottle, contents must be pre-mixed and labeled. Infants must have socks or shoes on their feet. Fun for kids. Easy for parents. Our skilled team members will keep your children engaged in a variety of play, tummy time and more while you enjoy your workout.

Engaging and dramatic play activities will be provided for children to have the opportunity for parallel play, group socialization and a chance to develop independence. You will find our team members engaging with your little one through many of our different interest areas, including but not limited to puppet play, market and kitchen exploration, train tables, cars, doll houses and so much more. Your kiddo is guaranteed to have a good time. Children must have graduated from the infant room to participate. Classes and Activities are subject to change. Registration is encouraged but not required.

A unique format that helps you learn the essentials as you achieve foundational core strength, better range of movement, and increase awareness and control of your body. Highly educated instructors curate specific, progressive programming for a small, similarly skilled group (3–6 participants) using a variety of Pilates apparatus.

With toddlers in mind, this class will allow the opportunity to explore movements through music, yoga and play time. You will find our team members engaging with your little one incorporating instruments, props, music and dance. Children must have graduated from the infant room to participate. Designed for the competitive swimmer who has completed Silver (or has completed a tryout with one of our skilled coaches) and is looking to continue to refine their stroke and technique. USA Swim Meet participation is expected at this level. 1:25 coach-to-swimmer ratio. Practice expectation: 5x/week.

Ride to the rhythm and lift to the beat in this epic cardio party on the bike. AMP Sculpt combines a high-cardio choreographed ride with muscle sculpting sections on or off the bike, using light to moderate weights. Let loose and have fun, sweat as you move and lift to the beat. Even if you have two left feet, indoor cycling has never been more fun – let your endorphins run wild! To fit the dance-club vibe, we’ll darken the room and may use strobes and flashing lights; consult your doctor if you have a photosensitivity disorder or are prone to seizures.

Pace; Stillness. A slow, meditative, yin-yoga practice to create greater mobility in your joints while you mindfully stress your body's connective tissues and challenge the calmness of your mind. You will be guided through a sequence of yin poses as you concentrate on your breath.
