Weekly programming means you can take this class throughout the week without overtraining: Total Body Sculpt on Monday, Leg Day on Tuesday, Cardio Sculpt on Wednesday, Arms & Abs on Thursday, Intervals on Friday, and Endurance 75 on Saturday.
