The Crowd Favorite

An intro to conditioning, you'll move through upper and lower body, with a little core and cardio, all at your own pace.

Methodical Madness

An effective circuit-style workout,  where you'll go all out for a minute on a targeted exercise, take a quick break, then move on to the next.

From the Instructor

“My people love to just show up and know I'll not only bring the workout, but bring the fun."

have a good time

a member’s perspective

“I get a solid workout, pick up a coffee, and start my day the right way. It does exactly what it says on the box and I love that. Shred got me comfortable with working out again."
“The music is already setting the vibe. I set myself up with water, a towel, and grab a few sets of weights. Getting to know the pattern of the class helped me to park any insecurities.”
“Everything builds as we go – upper body, lower body, core and cardio exercises, all for a minute each. I feel so comfortable with these moves I can even do them solo on the gym floor now.”
“We're nearing the end of class, I’m thankful for bringing that towel. I feel a mix of ‘I can't believe I did that’ and ‘when do we go again?’"

Good to know

set smart goals

It’s more effective to have a process goal than an end goal.  Instead of saying "I want to lose 10 pounds," try, "I want to exercise four times a week."

Did You Know?

Muscles are calorie-burning powerhouses. Even when you're chilling, they're working hard and burning more calories than fat.

how to improve

People who exercise with someone they think is better than them can increase their workout time and intensity by 200%. So, surround yourself with greatness!

Our members say

“For an hour, twice a week, I don’t have to think or make decisions. Someone tells me exactly what to do, which is exactly what I need.”
