How many people will be in this class?
The number of participants varies by club ranging from 6-12 members per class. Each class is led by a certified trainer who provides individualized attention to each participant to ensure each member is having an effective, safe, and challenging workout.
What can I expect from this class?
GTX is the ultimate group training experience as we incorporate a 50/50 blend of strength training and cardiovascular health in every workout! With heart rate-based interval training (on a treadmill or alternative low-impact machine), resistance coaching and a comprehensive weekly plan, you’ll always have the right formula to keep you improving your overall fitness.
What level of experience is required for this class? Can a beginner join in?
This class is open to all experience levels! Our certified personal trainer will assist you in finding modifications if necessary to ensure all members are having a great experience and a challenging workout.
How long are the classes?
GTX classes are 1 hour in length.
