Pickleball
Life Time operates the most dedicated indoor pickleball courts in Manhattan, two at Sky and seven at PENN 1. A Premier Membership is required for access. Due to high demand and our commitment to providing the best pickleball programming experience with optimal court capacity, Premier Membership availability is limited. Signature Group Training
Dedicated spaces and equipment for two group training programs: the Olympic Lifting and Conditioning Alpha program and the 50/50 cardio and strength GTX program, which balances cardio and strength training.
