Our members say
“I’d heard about the ‘Pilates body’ and wanted one. Started with some private classes, moved into a group. It’s been every Tuesday morning for five years. I feel like I’ve gotten a body I love, but what I didn’t expect was my Pilates Friends. This group of ladies mean the world to me.”
