ARORA AQUA
Enjoy a workout in the pool. Low impact and easy on the joints, it's a great way to work on cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. All swim levels are welcome and underwater submersion not required.
Cardio
Start to move and find your groove with low-impact cardio workouts. Loved by beginners and just about anyone who enjoys an inviting, encouraging, let’s-have-some-fun atmosphere.
